Julay was founded in 2026 with a clear conviction: AI-powered project management should not be a privilege reserved for large enterprises with dedicated tooling budgets. Every team — a two-person startup, a school department, a creative agency — deserves intelligent software that reduces busywork and amplifies human judgment.
